DO WE HAVE AN ELEMENT IN THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH TODAY WHO LIKE TO DEMONSTRATE EXTREME SPIRITUALITY? Yes, some really want to show their charismatic side, and though I am not anti-love and other emotional fruits of a relationship with God, we all have a personal bond with Him. Our "Character of God" series has studies on related topics like the existence and intimacy of God, and those biblical teachings are all about how we can have a personal relationship with the Supreme Being! It still blows me away that, no matter how huge and awesome the Creator of the entire universe is, I can still have a personal relationship with Him. But it's not about a hyped-up experience
where we somehow are not as spiritual as others if we
aren’t regularly demonstrating intense emotion. | image tagged in charismatic, church, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WHERE DO THOUGHTS OF SUICIDE OFTEN COME FROM? [1 of 2] Demons work with Satan, and the Bible’s John 8 tells us the devil is the father of all lies, as well as a murder. So, it's no surprise that someone who gets possessed by a demon would have that foul spirit try to kill its host. As Christians we have the Holy Spirit in us and He will not share space with demons, so they cannot possess us. But when I was involved with the occult before getting saved, I was not just demonically oppressed, but most likely multiply-possessed. This was my own doing. I had asked these entities to come inside me in hopes
of receiving power, not understanding how dark it would get. So, they obliged, setting up shop and commencing to drive me insane, as their way of killing me. The goal of Satan and his demons is to trick each of us into staying away from Jesus—the only way to heaven—as long as needed for us to take our last breath and end up in hell. And by the way, the types of distractions they throw at us can include getting us involved in the occult. Anything you do is fine with demons, just as long as you don't go down that Jesus route; as long as you don't turn to Jesus on the cross, trusting in His work alone and asking Him to forgive your sins. Why do you think the ecumenical movement
(the push for a one world religion) allows all beliefs except the
biblical reality of confessing that Jesus is the only way? | image tagged in suicide, god, bible, satan, jesus, demon | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WHERE DO THOUGHTS OF SUICIDE OFTEN COME FROM? [2 of 2] The entities that so many world religions and cults call spirits are just demons that want your death before you’re able to get saved through Jesus Christ, and one way they can kill you is with your involvement in the occult, which often leads to a shorter life. People who get
entangled with the occult and drug use often commit suicide. Where do you suppose that kind of depression comes from? It's not from the Spirit of God! Who is probably putting that sort of suicidal idea in people's heads? Why are these spirits (demons) so bent on killing people? Again, if a person is tricked into pulling the trigger on themselves before getting saved, they go to hell, so that is a demon's modus
operandi; they want all humans to join them in hell. Demons work for
Satan, who is the father of lies and a murder (John 8:44). | image tagged in suicide, demon, satan, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DO FALSE FAITHS SEEM TO KEEP REPACKAGING THE SAME ANCIENT LIES FROM SATAN? During these past few years of our large study, “World Religions, Cults & The Occult,” as we’ve gone through the aspects of different religions, we have realized that the main lies are similar in many different religions—just repackaged to dupe another group. It's what we would expect with the devil and his demons knowing humans so well that they can exploit our weaknesses again and again. Confirming biblical prophecy’s warning for these last days, this problem of lies that contradict God’s Word in the Bible are not just happening out in the world, we're even seeing it in the Christian Church. And because we Christians don't learn those tired old tactics of Lucifer’s, we can easily become just another victim of his rehashed schemes. Folks who haven't studied enough of their Bible and other history fall for a lot of the false beliefs that get disguised with a bit of Christianese.
Hey, it sounds Christian so it must be, right? No, it's not. Studying
the Bible will help you spot the fakes and lies. | image tagged in satan, demon, god, bible, jesus, christian | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WITHIN CHRIST’S CHURCH, ARE WE SUPPOSED TO CALL OUT FALSE TEACHERS BY
NAME? The apostle John said this in 3 John 1:9: “I wrote something to the Church, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first among them, will not accept our instruction.” Some in the Church today like to say, "Hey, you shouldn't call people out by name.” In fact, it is something I have personally gotten flak for, but I always wonder what Bible those accusers are reading. As a shepherd doing so in love for the Church, I like to be blunt, NOT skirting the issue with something like, "Hey Church, there's a really bad guy out there teaching a false, works-based doctrine that is leading people straight to hell, but I can’t warn you about who he is, so you’ll
just have to hopefully discover him for yourselves. Good luck!”; That would be terrible! Out of love, we need to warn others to stay clear of those sorts of people, and do so by name instead of making people guess. Just as Jesus and the Apostle John did, I will be specific and mention names. In the passage above, John has no problem calling out Diotrephes by name, and Jesus did the same in Matthew 23, where the whole chapter is Jesus using harsh language to publicly berating the Pharisees. Paul does the same with Hymenaeus and Alexander when he called them out by name. The idea that we should not lovingly warn others by pinpointing specific
people is a lie perpetrated by false teachers. It is their way
to try silencing biblical Christians so the rats can continue
spreading cancer through the Christ’s Church. | image tagged in bible, god, jesus, church, christian | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
