IN THESE TIMES OF MASSIVELY-WIDESPREAD FALSE TEACHINGS, HAVE YOU MISSED THE SOLUTION TO THAT ISSUE, AS WELL AS OTHER WISDOM THAT COMES FROM A DEEP STUDY IN THE BOOK OF JAMES? How do you know if a person is a true or fake Christian? Is there any way to discern between the two? Believe it or not, this is what the Bible’s book of James is all about—God’s acid test given to the early Church to reveal who is and isn’t a true follower of Christ. Understand
the book of James by getting our study by that name. | image tagged in bible, wisdom, knowledge, christian, jesus, james | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DOES GOD THE FATHER HAVE FLESH & BONES, AS THE MORMONS TEACH? NO! In John 4:24, Jesus told us: "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and truth.” God the Father is spirit. He has no body. Yet Mormons invariably site Bible passages like the one where God produces the Ten Commandments with the "finger" of God. Of course that is just an anthropomorphism, with God using our language to explain who He is. And what about Psalm 91:4, which says, "God will cover you with His feathers; under His wings you will find refuge." Does that mean God is a giant space-chicken?! It’s not meant literally, just as God isn’t a huge writing finger. People often use anthropomorphisms. One time my wife said something that really would have scared and freaked me out if she meant it literally: When our daughter Rebecca was a little crumb-snatcher, just a tiny baby, my wife bundled her in a blanket. I heard her say she wrapped Rebecca up like a burrito. So, I thought she was going to eat our little one!! But, of course, it was just a phrase women use, though it seems like a torture technique to me. Still, moms like it. All attempts to prove God has a body, fail. It's not even logical. Besides, I’ll believe Jesus. He’s always right. The lie of God having a supposed
physical body is just another example of how Mormonism rips
Bible verses out of their context to support false teachings. | image tagged in bible, god, jesus, christian, mormon, cult | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN ABOUT "WORLD RELIGIONS, CULTS & THE OCCULT?" [1 or 3] WORLD RELIGIONS: There is a lot of confusion in the world about religion and what the right path is. Whether it's Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Catholicism, Mormonism, etc., there must be an absolute path to take because it’s a fact that all religion’s beliefs are diametrically opposed to each other. They cannot lead to the same outcome. Is it one God or many gods? Are all the names equating to the same spirit? Or is it just a mixed bag of confusion? Since God is not the author of confusion, this series makes the answer absolutely clear by unraveling the truth
behind each faith and answering the hard questions. | image tagged in christian, islam, catholic, mormon, judaism, religion | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

CAN WE BECOME GODS, AS MORMONISM CLAIMS?
Satan was the first to tell humans, specifically Eve, that she "could be like God." In Mormonism you can supposedly become a god if you volunteer enough of your time to the organization, as well as give them enough money. But that’s not even logical, let alone biblical. There can't be more than one God because, by definition, there's only one God. That's just pure logic. And even if there could be more than one God, who made the first god? That is called the "Cosmological Argument," or the "Argument of Beginnings." It's the very first verse of the Bible: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Breaking that down; in the beginning God created all time, space & matter. He created the beginning of time, the heavens (space) & the earth (matter). That first verse of the
entire Scripture tells us about the existence of the one true God. Being self-existent, God is in the realm of eternity. God created a beginning of the time we live in. And there will be an end to our time. So we now live in our own realm of time given to us by God. God is above and beyond our time so He can see the beginning and end of time, all at the same time. That's what makes Him the One and Only Supreme Being. But people will ask, “Who made God?" The problem with that question is that it’s based in our time. By definition, a Supreme Being is above and beyond all that. And what makes Him supreme is He's not dependent upon anyone for His existence. That's why He is Supreme. With that said, Mormonism still claims we can become a god. But we can't become a god because God had no beginning. I’m pretty sure we all had birth days. When Moses asked God: Who do I say that you are? God simply replied: "I Am Who I Am." He doesn't
have a beginning because beginnings are a time-based question and
He's above and beyond all that. That's why He is Supreme. | image tagged in mormon, lds, bible, god, christian, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

HOW DO WE GET EQUIPPED TO DEFEND THE CHRISTIAN FAITH? If there’s one thing non-Christians can’t stand, it’s hearing Christians answer their skeptical questions with something like, “You just have to accept it on faith.” Even personally, before becoming a Christian, that answer really bothered me. While it's true that faith is necessary for salvation, God still commanded His people to give a “defense” for that faith, and to do so by using sound logic, reason, and satisfying philosophical answers. Our study, "Introduction to Apologetics: Defenders of the Faith," seeks to equip every Christian with the ability to answer skeptical questions like, Does God Exist? What about Evolution? Is the Bible Really the Word of God? Why is There Evil and Suffering in the World? Is Jesus Really the Son of God? Did Jesus Really Rise from the Dead? What is the Meaning of Life? When we become Christians we’re not supposed to check our brains at the door. God clearly says, “Come let us reason together.” Get “Defenders of the Faith" and start sharing logical
straightforward God-given answers with your skeptical friends. | image tagged in christian, soldier, bible, god, jesus, disciple | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
