Couldn't tell you...I don't see anything wrong with it. You're other memes are on popular memes, that's why they featured quickly...when you added the other picture to this meme, you made it a "user template" which take, on average, 8 hours or so to feature...I don't know why they haven't featured this one by now (17 hours when I saw it).

The 17 hours is when it was created. Just submitted 4.5 hours ago.

If this were submitted on it's own, i'd agree. However, it is a response (specifically to the question "how the hell did this make the front page?") So the simple confused, I don't know expression is enough.
