I don't downvote it because it's him. I don't have any problem with him.

I downvote it because it's disrespectful for anyone to put links advertising their own memes on someone else's memes. I normally downvote anyone who does that unless it's a good reason (not just getting themselves some upvotes), or the person has asked them to do it. It's especially disrespectful in this case, since Raydog has specifically asked him not to.

I know why you down-voted it. But Starflight the Nightwing has made himself a habit of linking his memes on nearly every front-page meme; I react to this by 'counter-trolling,' and that was what I was attempting to achieve in this instance. I am not trying to be unkind, simply allowing him to be treated in the same manner he treats others. In retrospect, it was not prudent of me to do so by commenting on your reply to his comment, and I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding that may have arisen by way of it. In other words, my 'Creepy Condescending Wonka' meme was intended as a reply to his comment, not yours.
