I'm in an unusual situation. My family tree is split. One half is hard line liberal. One half is ultra conservative.

I get to watch the conservative half be happy and successful. I also get to watch the liberal half not be happy or successful, but feel entitled to the happiness and success of the other side.

They don't realize happiness comes from earning success. Entitling yourself you sometimes else's accomplishments just leaves you empty.

as of feb 2015 the job creations looked like this: 508k - childcare and social work, 728k retail, 1m temp, 1.4 foodservice, 1.5m healthcare. These jobs accounted for 60% of his "creation". Arguably healthcare would have continued without his help due to the aging population.
