Use my phone 95% of the time,.. android 5. Do you have a program you use on PC to meme? I need to get with it,.. move up in the meme world! Lol. Thats the reason I use the same handful of memes. Not very creative,.. but my NSA monitored msgs seem to do OK I guess. ;)
