I had to shy away from soy milk because most of them (Silk, etc.) contain palm oil products, which is largely consumed and the raising of which destroys animal habitats.
WestSoy stuff does not though, but their chocolate milk needs sweetening.
Anything by Gardein is really good except for their chicken/beef strips products. The beefless tips, beefless/chik'n burgers are excellent, as are their pulled "pork" pockets.

This little oriental market near me has a vegan section with stuff by a company called Verisoy USA. They have AWESOME vegan "cutlass fish." I cook it with lemon juice and cayenne pepper in a small amount of oil and blacken the sides. It's really good.

Also, try learning to make one curry dish from scratch. Note: The more paste and less oil you use, the thicker the consistency of the "mud/soup" runoff stuff. Once you know how to make garlic paste from scratch, improvising with store bought stuff like the Arvoy-D curry paste is soooo good.
