The race card does have actual use...however, it has been generalized. People use it way to often, and 3/4s of the time, its irrelevant. The race card has its use...but if its used too often, its effect is very little

The only time it works is when the person you use it on is blatently racist. They have to be using ethnic slurs and screaming incoherent obscenities like "white privilege" and "reparations".

Unfortunately the race card is used effectively often. It doesn't have to be rooted in truth, it just has to silence and injure the opposition. Al Sharpton is a pro at using it to serve his purpose, though he is all most always wrong.

When you call someone racist but quite often they're not being racist at all.
Example:
Colin attacked jerome and jerome used the race card in court(because jerome was black).
