Kamala agrees, & takes it one step further:
"Everything that keeps me from winning should be eliminated," Harris said. "Winning an election shouldn't require me to get more votes than my opponent. That's not what winning is. Winning is being recognized as the winner. And winning is about winning, not votes. When I was chosen as vice president, it wasn't because I won votes. And when I was named the Democratic nominee for president, it wasn't because I won votes. I was just chosen. That's how I think everything should be. No Electoral College. No popular vote. No Supreme Court. I should just be the winner. Because that's the way I win, and winning is winning."
Harris went on to say that not allowing her to win was discrimination against her for being a woman, for being black and for being someone nobody wants to vote for.
At publishing time, Harris had announced that she would run for president in 2028 as long as she would be given the position and not have to actually convince people to vote for her.
