🔥🚨 BREAKING — Sen. Ted Cruz just went nuclear on Jack Smith for turning a special counsel into a donor-harvesting operation.



Smith’s team collected 4,782 personal checks written by ordinary Americans who gave to President Trump. Not a spreadsheet. Copies of the actual checks. 



They also issued 197 subpoenas aimed at 430 Republican organizations and individuals, and Cruz put the spying on GOP senators in the same pile.



That is not looking for a crime. That is mapping a political network and photocopying kitchen-table donations like they were contraband.



If a Democrat donor’s checkbook got pulled at that scale, the networks would still be on air. Treat this as the scandal it is. Publish the subpoena list and make Smith answer for every name.



Jack Smith belongs in prison.

What if copies of the actual checks fall into the wrong hands?  Those check copies have a lot more information than dollar amounts.  They have signatures, bank account numbers, routing numbers, and home addresses.

The demonrats could care less about crimes, fraud and even murder if it is directed against the right. The hard truth is accountability is happening, the swamp is being drained, just not quickly or with the long prison terms we would have loved to see. The list of demonrats kicked out of congress and a few rinos will grow even longer after the midterms. Americans are sick of demonrats.

Nope! He was doing his job. Jack Smith did not spy on Congress. He lawfully obtained call logs and communications involving 44 members of Congress as part of the January 6 investigation.
