That is correct, and in no way the Dancing Israelis had anything to do with it. They just managed to be on top of a building in Jersey City with their cameras setup right before it happened cheering and dancing as it unfolded.

Actually it was George W Bush who for some bewildering reason decided it was time to expand Muslim immigration to the United States of America at the time.
