In hindsight, I wonder how much of a cut Putin got. Could this scam have been done without Putin invading Ukraine. On the surface it looks like Putin invaded Ukraine like he did Crimea and Georgia(not the state) but now he suddenly has a problem with an invasion of a country with a leader whose daily recommended intake of nose candy goes beyond the norm?
