So the local cop can query my phone to see i was over at his girlfriend's house last night???? Nope. I guess you dont know what everyone is concerned with. The camera is not problem. The uncontrolled access for abuse is the problem!!!!

I never stated that the camera was the problem, I said your privacy was the issue.
If the "local cop" has the proper legal requirements, he CAN check your phone. However, not all states require the use of a warrant. And the feds play by their own rules.

How and why that 'requirement' may be obtained is essentially the 'abuse' you feel is the problem, which I am actually in agreement with. However, like most, if not all, of the privacy complainers, I am not about to give up my cell phone.
The point I thought I was clear in making is that by carrying around an active cell phone, you really have NO privacy IF you understand how the tech works, so the FLOCK cameras themselves are not the issue.
