Seems pretty "foretelling" to me ... so we watch as they bring about their own judgment.
"...in order that judgment may come upon all who have disbelieved the truth and delighted in wickedness."

In my youth, I read Revelation and couldn't imagine seeing a time when evil would be as prevalent as that. Certainly not in such a relatively short time. He did foretell of this time, and worse, but Satan is immersing his followers in an increasing indoctrination of normalizing abominable behaviors.

YES, THIS. All foretold, and like you I could never in the past associate the destruction spoken of in Revelation with what we now live. Also like you, each day I learn of more and more indoctrination and normalization. And just think -- we have not yet even scratched the surface of the evil at hand ... Hide in your Lord.
