Mail in ballots are a scan and allow corruption but until the Democrats get out of the way Trump cannot do anything about that. I need you to come to a good – not a complete – but good understanding of how the state where you live handles mail-in ballots and how the state makes sure it's a legal vote.

Because there's a whole ass process.

Then, once you've done that, explain why a President has any authority to take over federal elections. Because the Constitution clearly lays out that it is each individual states domain to govern the process of an election. The President has no authority to be involved at any level.

Some places, like my state of Utah, there are no polling places. You can only mail your ballot in. So if you want to vote, that is your only option. I am not sure if his residency is in New York or Florida. Probably now it is Washington DC. I don't know if Washington DC or New York have polling places. I am pretty sure Florida does but I am not sure and his residency for now is DC.

Utah was doing mail in ballots long before COVID or whatever excuse the Democrats have given to make it easier to cheat.

In Utah we can either mail them in or drop them off at a drop box located by our city offices. If dropped off they require a signature on the ballot envelope and that is all. If they are mailed in then the postal time and date stamp also validates if that ballot is counted.

Unlike blue states who accept ballots long after the polls have been closed without a signature or a postal stamp, Utah will not accept any ballot dropped off after midnight, nor will they accept any mailed in ballot that is stamped after the polls are closed.

Blue states don't care about signatures or date stamps. You can pile all sorts of ballots into a precinct as long as they are votes for Democrats

Under the Constitution each state decides election laws within those states. But of those states fail to provide secure election the federal government has no choice. In addition the SAVE America act was not violating the states authority. The state could still make any type of law they want regarding the election process. The SAVE America act just added a layer of security.

The SAVE America act was supported by 85% to 90% of all Americans, including Democrats. Among Democrats it was supported about 75%. The only ones who opposed it were those who do not believe in democratic elections, (i.e. corrupt politicians and a few brain dead leftists).

Dems scream all day long about how Trump or some other conservative is "destroying democracy".
