Some places, like my state of Utah, there are no polling places. You can only mail your ballot in. So if you want to vote, that is your only option. I am not sure if his residency is in New York or Florida. Probably now it is Washington DC. I don't know if Washington DC or New York have polling places. I am pretty sure Florida does but I am not sure and his residency for now is DC.

Utah was doing mail in ballots long before COVID or whatever excuse the Democrats have given to make it easier to cheat.

In Utah we can either mail them in or drop them off at a drop box located by our city offices. If dropped off they require a signature on the ballot envelope and that is all. If they are mailed in then the postal time and date stamp also validates if that ballot is counted.

Unlike blue states who accept ballots long after the polls have been closed without a signature or a postal stamp, Utah will not accept any ballot dropped off after midnight, nor will they accept any mailed in ballot that is stamped after the polls are closed.

Blue states don't care about signatures or date stamps. You can pile all sorts of ballots into a precinct as long as they are votes for Democrats

Under the Constitution each state decides election laws within those states. But of those states fail to provide secure election the federal government has no choice. In addition the SAVE America act was not violating the states authority. The state could still make any type of law they want regarding the election process. The SAVE America act just added a layer of security.

The SAVE America act was supported by 85% to 90% of all Americans, including Democrats. Among Democrats it was supported about 75%. The only ones who opposed it were those who do not believe in democratic elections, (i.e. corrupt politicians and a few brain dead leftists).

My wife and I moved to Utah in 2010. So 4 + (2026-2010) = 20 years. I was far too young to vote those first 4 years so it is more like 16 years.

So, this is the part where I tell you that you have it wrong.

Specifically, there are 0 states that accept a ballot by mail without a signature. ZERO. A missing signature is the single biggest reason for a ballot to be rejected. A mismatched signature is the 2nd biggest reason.

All 50 states require ballots to be cast or postmarked on or before Election Day. there are 14 states with grace periods just extend how long a properly-timed ballot has to physically arrive.

Utah is not one of those 14. If the ballot is not in the "hands" of the county clerk by 8 PM election day, it is automatically rejected. Regardless of when it was postmarked. The USPS has repeated warned that envelopes are not postmarked the day they are received.

Salt Lake City is literally a city that was built in a grid pattern, but unlike New York City that is also (mostly) in a grid pattern, Salt Lake City is actually a grid pattern of farms around a centralized area.

Because it's just too hard to simply go down the street for a few block farms, turn left, and walk past a couple more block farms to get to the polling station. So what they did was take their ballot, strap it to a St Seagull leg, and have it flown in to be counted.

Then what's the process for counting those ballots? Because it involves state law, so it's a specific process laid out by law.

Then who was the Speaker of the Wisconsin house at the time? What about the Governor? What party did they belong to?
