That would work but the demonrats could care less about health care especially for the unwashed masses. They only give them free tents and needles to drug themselves up with.
Republicans oth gutted obama care, erased massive medical fraud, set real goals and achieved most of them, not an easy task with our do-nothing congress. The goal of securing the border was also a major boost to medical care country wide. Less fraud, less expense, more medical care and faster for Americans.
If the demonrats wanted universal (free) healthcare, they would back President Trumps plan and help build the infrastructure to do more. A real plan would have to be built around a generational goal. You have to have more people coming in than going out.
