The registration may have been a glitch. But the fact that 400 of them cast ballots shows that people who knew they were not supposed to be able to vote did it anyway. That’s not a “glitch”, it’s fraud.

It's what happens when you use inferior products or services, and California uses the same service, so I don't understand how it can be called a "glitch". Just like the voting machines here. Like Democrats seem to be repeating "Democrats can't win without cheating."
