Let’s start a debate. Is God a human?

No. God the Father doesn't have form nor does the Holy Spirit. Jesus has a body, but the "human" part of Him died. Adam was created in God's image, but not his "form". Humanity is made up of 3 distinct parts:
Body - physical
Soul - mind and emotions
Spirit - the part that connects with God. We are born with a broken spirit. Only by connecting with God through Jesus is our spirit able to live again.

Whether He (God) is a human depends on the subject and the context. Some say that God was real and looks like a human, and others say that God is actually not a human. He does not he the official species, as he is supernatural and ageless.

I can think of no context outside of Jesus' life on earth that would recommend a title of "human" to God. In the Old Testament, God would sometimes assume human form to interact with humanity, but he was never a human prior to being born.

Or perhaps what makes him not human is his immortality. Perhaps the only part of him that could feel like us (jesus) is dead forever and now he can't relate to us anymore.

Wouldn't that mean he'd have to look like a human though?

Yes God the Father and Jesus Chrost is human. And we made in His image. And Holy Spirit, He like a human but just the Spirit.

Because the second Divine Person of the trinity, God the Son, became human it is accurate to say God is a human.

No God is not a human. Im assuming your asking the question about Jesus, God the Son. However he had 2 nature's, human and divine who are unified in the person of Christ. Great question tho. I might have said a few things wrong but the theology behind it is complicated
