It's added insult to injury, when California Licensed Illegal Aliens are sent Interstate to kill citizens
in other States because of their disability with not knowing the terrain, winter conditions, nor
that they need to pull off of a U.S. Highway, and not just block it entirely in the dark, for they've not been taught how to put on tirechains; or use their automatic tire chains. This has happened more than once since this guys tragic incident.
