Also Proverbs refers to Wisdom as 'she'.

The problem isn't the Torah/Bible. The problem is the unbeliever thinking they know what Scriptures states.

So the Bible doesn't say that women are wicked, or inferior to men?

Because it does

btw, we individual humans are all sinners.

In addition to the Bible saying that women are sometimes often inclined to act wicked, it also says that men act wicked and that Satan is wicked and the source of all wickedness. Sharing a partial truth then calling that the entirety appears silly to back the premise with. Pure folly.

It is possible to Generalize too much.
Because it is possible to become myopic in purpose.
