Take those stupid he/him and she/her labels off your resume and your work email!

Think about it. When was the last time you were misgendered by anyone? Its not a common problem.

Then why are you bringing it up?

No child thinks they are born in the wrong body until a creepy adult deliberately puts that in their head.

Actually due to chemicals like atrazine in the food and water, opposite sex gene expression happens and children sometimes genuinely have gender dysphoria. The correct response however is to use medicine to restore their original sex, not tell them an invasive debilitating surgery is the answer.
Of course there are those that are completely normal that get convinced of these things by creepy adults too.

I have never misgendered anyone, but I have seen a few people that convinced me they were some other species.
