35 years with parole available after 17. In Texas of all places. Unbelievable. If we can't trust Texas to properly punish these scumbags, who can we trust? Hopefully he finds Jesus in prison because either Jesus will pay for this or Karmelo is going to have a rough time in hell

Austin Metcalf’s mother had this to say about the Karmelo Anthony sentencing:

“You may have been given a sentence of 35 years, you should feel lucky.. I’ve been sentenced to a lifetime without my son.”

Many states in the USA have Capital Punishment as a deterrent to perpetrators of 1st Degree Murder.
Texas is one state that actually carries out that sentence regularly for public safety from such convicts.

Its the opposite. Black people are running around attacking white people because karmelo was imprisoned. The other races aren't running around attacking anyone. It's a way to distinguish the attackers from the non attackers. It's also not all black people, just the 2% that are insane.

Our media does report it, but I pay attention to American media and notice many more cases of violence in America and even in biased conservative media (eg Babylon Bee, Fox etc) there is more USA violence.
