Absolutely true in many cases. I have a co-worker who complains about not being able to afford a home. Yes, housing prices in the South Bay division of the SF Bay Area sector in the Peoples' Republik of Taxifornia are obscenely high, but somehow people manage... usually by bringing their lunch as part of a fiscally modest approach to personal finances. She also often has purchased coffee in the mornings, and always, always buys her lunch every workday, and has done so for years. So, doing that for 10 years at a very modest estimate of $15 per lunch? Not a huge sum ($7,500, not including 2 weeks vacation per year... which also probably costs her a lot...) but with some common sense fiscally sound approaches to her personal finances, that money could go a ways towards a down payment on a home, especially had she been investing it. What she does is her own business, so it's all fine, of course. I just get tired of hearing about how she can't afford a home. So keep renting, and everything will work out.

As per usual, modda, close but of course, wrong.

For the gazillionth + 1 time... (and try to remember it this time, for once, for the sake of Elvis!!!)

I have a full time job and my wife and I also run our own business. It's her only job and my second job. So I average about 45 hrs / wk at my regular job and around 20 hrs / wk for the business. So, I work every day of the week, for a total of about 65 hrs per week. All you socialist cucks out there, take note of what hard work is actually like, and why I DO NOT want to give my money to the govt to support lazy libtard and socialist bums.

Clearly the same BIG brain that can't keep facts straight about Trump, can't remember a very simple fact about me. That's fine, right up until the klownish attempt to make me look bad, but FAILING as usual, because simple facts can't be kept straight.

And then there are those who claim it was so much easier for earlier generations to buy a house.

The answer is simple. Earn more money.

Lazy people need to get up off their asses and get at least one job, or better yet two.

Because I'm tired of paying for their lazy asses by working full time and also owning a small business, all of which is taxed to the limit by the socialists in Sacramento.
