Absolutely yes
Jeff Bezos helped build Amazon ITSELF... the system, infrastructure, logistics, website, hiring structure, cloud computing divisions... millions of people use what he helped create, and millions of workers depend on the company existing at all
so the value he created well exceeds what one of his warehouse workers made
He took huge risks to build what his company is today. He had to invest his life into something that could've failed. And in capitalism, successful risks = rewards
Jeff Bezos is very, very hard to replace as opposed to a warehouse worker
He obviously owns a lot of shares in his company since he built it while we was small, so if the company grows, he deserves to have more money
And if Amazon has shipped billions of packages, which it has, then naturally the owner of the company would make a lot of money
