The only reason why folks likes St Kennedy was because he got shot. He didn't keep any of his promises, and angered so many people that the list of possible suspects who had murdered him is still growing to this very day. That's how many people he imitated for betraying them. From poor Appalachians to the Chicago Mafia to the Cubans he left stranded at the Bay of Pigs to the CIA to the USSR.

For crying out loud, it took LBJ to keep JFK's promises in his memory and honor. The Kennedy family actually gets upset for the credit that LBJ gets when it was JFK's agenda. But it was JFK who didn't keep to his agenda.

When Republicans and conservatives praise him, you know something ain't right. Because all the stuff he was going to do but didn't get around to were all these social progress policies that they're complaining about and trying to dismantle to this very day that Johnson had to take care of for him.
