The big crybabies are whining about redistricting, which Trump set off by wanting Texas to do so | Now Trumpers are complaining about the redistricting they wanted? Flopped around, found out

Sometimes the dividends of being the poorly educated aren't always exactly as expected.

Always remember folks:
1. Liquor
2. Loosen
3. Lube

Don't get reamed without it

I personally think we should het rid of districts altogether and go with a system where the representatives are chosen based on who got 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc... in the election for the entire state.

Representative represent districts, you can't get rid of the districts.

Upstate New York would not be exceedingly pleased when all the candidates are from New York City and New York City is in effect the one who elects them for the entire state. I'm relatively sure that would go for other states as well.

Yeah a few would be from NY but then some would be from outside. It would also be closer to the population distribution.

The population distribution is that nearly half resides in New York City proper and most of the others relatively close to it, thinning out the farther away you get from the Metropolitan area.

That means that the needs and priorities of those farther away from here would get ignored. That's why we have districts. That's why individual states have their own individual input in national elections.

When Democrats say "Democracy" they mean Democratic control. To be fair, both Parties can be accoused of gerrymandering.

Virginia…

Early in-person: +1.6% Dem
Election Day in-person: +9% GOP

Mail in Ballots: +45% Dem

Scam.
