And yet Jesus paid the entry price into Heaven with His own life. Interesting how the Vatican has all that imagery of Jesus on the cross yet somehow misses the point. It's one thing to keep unrepentant troublemakers, false teachers/prophets out of the Church.

But those who feel like they have to be like a thief in the night about getting real help from a church and be punished for it doesn't seem right. That's why believers are here. To show people they don't have to go through extreme measures, or worse commit sins along the way, to get the help they are looking for being Jesus Christ.

The same goes for US immigration law. A person doesn't have to sneak in. Just follow the rules and laws. Sure it may feel daunting but there are people who can help just like there are believers in Christ who will help those who are seeking redemption and forgiveness which is not daunting at all.
