Au contraire, Giantsquonk. I’m not in the “orange man bad.” I support what actually makes sense and benefits Americans, regardless of who signs it.
I fully support criminal justice reform (First Step Act, 2018), HBCU funding (FUTURE Act), insulin cost reductions under Medicare Part D, hospital price transparency, the animal cruelty law (PACT Act, 2019), and public lands funding (Great American Outdoors Act)—all done under Trump. I may have even missed something.
You can disagree with someone overall and still acknowledge when they get things right. This Iran “excursion,” plus tariffs that have measurably raised consumer prices and effectively acted as a tax on U.S. households, escalating foreign conflicts that contradict “America First” promises, and unclear involvement in places like Venezuela, is not what most Americans would call “right.”
Even within Trump's own base, there’s been real backlash. Tucker Carlson, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, Vivek Ramaswamy, Donald Trump Jr., and Steve Bannon have all, at various points, criticized interventionist moves as a departure from the anti-war stance many supporters expected. Who's hoop are you jumping through?
On top of that, public clashes with allies, aggressive rhetoric toward foreign leaders, and trade wars with major partners have added instability abroad and uncertainty at home.
Again, I likely missed stuff but it should be rather evident now that my posts are not derived from a blind partisan libtard. I’d just as quickly challenge a blind partisan liberal if I thought their position was just as misguided.
Thanks for taking the time to engage with my post, regardless of your viewpoint. I don’t mean to offend you and hope you have a great day!
