Speaking of minimum wages. In 2016 there was a presidential election. In the state of Florida, the citizens had a majority to win raising the minimum wage to $15.

That same majority also elected Donald J Trump as president..

Because a minority percentage of MAGA supporters also wanted more $$ in their wallets. Also - there was a big upswing in 18-21 year old voters who got to vote for the first time .. that also wanted more money in their wallets.

All of which voted for it & had their employers pay them more money for minimum wage jobs & everyone else ended up paying more for goods and services.
