August 19, 1953 when we (The US & Britain) toppled the democratically elected Iranian government and installed the Shah. Who then promptly de-nationalized Iran's oil and signed over 40% to US & British companies.
That's how long we've been doing this.
But the price of oil spiked in 2022 with the Ukraine/Russia conflict to over $100 per barrel and peaked at $120. The following months is when gas went to the highest levels.
What's the price per barrel today? It's $114. In just a few weeks, we'll be at gas prices like they were at the worst during the Biden administration.
Iran has said they are going to drive the price of oil to $200 per barrel because of what Trump has done.
This is his fault. This is 100% his war. The prices of everything is going to go up again.
