When federal agents tell you to back off then you back off; NOT keep moving forward and then NOT fight them when they decide to detain you for continuing to interfere with them. The fact that the average leftist needs to be told what was once common knowledge is disturbing. They keep confusing LAWFUL protesting with unlawful interference with federal agents. Consequences. He was helping a woman the "agents" threw on the ground. And he didn't fight them or interfere with them.

Yes he was resisting them. They tried to get him to back away BEFORE that -- also interfering -- woman got justifiably taken to the ground. Then he moved in again and again got pulled away . . . and then the man went ballistic and fought against those federal agents. All captured on video.

Law requires as a permit holder you cannot attend demonstrations...he had no business bringing it. Leave law enforcement alone. Same reaction when cops pull over a speeding driver who has a gun in the car: they will go on defense.

Minnesota has no such law. So which law was he breaking?

Whether they go on the defense or not doesn't change the fact he was legally permitted to have that gun on him
