I don't wanna keep illegal immigrants who are criminals murders, rapists and gang members, I am all for deporting such criminals but the problem with is that they broadly mass arrest people including illegal immigrants who aren't criminals and even legal immigrants and they are violating the 4th amendment by forcing unlawful search and seizure of property, you claim to be all for law and order but you seem to not care that ICE is violating the 4th amendment.

Trump's order to ICE was 1) they were allowed to go back to do their jobs, 2) target the criminals first and once they have all been deported then they can focus the rest of the illegals.

ICE picked up LEGAL citizens is very over exaggerated. Mistakes can happen but they can also be rectified. It is not a violation of the 4th amendment. You cannot use the 4th amendment on anyone who is here illegally, regardless of their criminal status.

But more importantly, where were all of you people when Obama was deporting illegal aliens? He wasn't targeting just criminals, he was going after people based on their legal right to be in this country. And you know mistakes were made back then also. In fact Cheech did a movie in the 80's about a mistake when a US citizen was deported and sent to Mexico.

None of you were the slightest bit concerned when Obama deported MORE people than Trump has. But when Trump was first elected then all of you libs got all bent out of shape because detainees were being kept in cages. The cages that Obama had built but you were blaming it all on Trump.

I think this is less about immigration and much much much and this insane Trump hatred the left has. If Trump says the sky is blue, leftists will be protesting in the streets and burning building saying Trump must be impeached because he said the sky is blue.

Maybe you think it is only okay to deport illegals when a Democrat is president.

I don't think it's only ok for Democrat presidents to deport illegals. Also I do admit it was dishonest of the media to ignore the fact that Obama deported immigrants. My criticism of Trump is not because of just hating anything to do with Trump, in fact when Trump started running and got elected, I think people raised way too much hysteria without even giving him a chance. Trump did do some good things during his first term including signing an executive order getting rid of regulations on small businesses which caused unemployment to be at an all time low. Also I don't want Biden's border policy of letting migrants flow in unchecked.

I don't think a country should deport everyone at whim just for not having papers when they haven't committed any crimes and are working in jobs but they can't be without their papers forever, I do think they should be given a warning to get their papers in order within x amount of time or be deported. I am also saying mass arresting people isn't good because it's violence that broadly affects lots including the innocent. Also when an illegal immigrant is convicted of a crime, they should be deported no question.

The idea of Mexicans coming here to work has long gone. Once Democrats started handing out money that create a whole new type of illegal immigrant. That created the freeloaders.

Do you know why border laws are created? Every job someone who comes here illegally to do takes that job from an American. There is no such thing as a job Americans won't do, there are only jobs that Americans won't do for the wages they are paying illegals. To the illegals they see that is a huge increase in pay from where they came from but to Americans, we just do not want to pile up in a house with 10 other families to work a below minimum wage job.

This weakens our economy and causes Americans to go without jobs.

Have you ever been to Canada? They want to know why you are coming there and how long you are going to stay. If you are coming there to work then the will not let you in. If you are only a consultant, then they will let you in. In all cases they want to know how long you are going to stay with them.

What is false about it? ICE is targeting criminals who are here illegally. The left is protesting that. The left is even freeing people that ICE has incarcerated. They are doing everything they can to keep criminals in this country.

Why? The only thing that makes any sense is either you want them here, you're all criminals yourselves, you're all insane or any combination of the above. Judging by the left's irrational behavior against ICE, I would tend to think that insanity has something to do with it.

Why protest? What do they think they are accomplishing? They are just wasting their time. ICE is not going to stop and everyone sees the protestors as idiots. This goes for any group of people standing around with signs. I used to go to Tea Party events. Some of them, where they had speakers show up to speak, were interesting, but standing on the sidewalk holding a sign, what an utter waste of time.

Did you know that protesting is NOT protected under the 1st amendment? People have the right to peaceably assemble. Peaceably assembling is not exactly the same as protesting. It is more about a peaceful event of some nature. When leftists start destroying things and standing in the way of law enforcement, that is NOT protesting or peaceably assembling, that is a crime.

Why are ice agents on video targeting people because of their accent or physical appearance? That doesn't sound like they are going after specific criminals but rather going after anyone who "looks illegal"

They are looking for specific people, people with a criminal record. If the criminal has an accent then that is why it just seems like they are targeting people with accents.

The left so completely twists the true in their reporting that I can see why you think that ICE is just out rounding up anyone but ask yourself, why? What is the reason why they would arrest people without any concern about their criminal and/or legal status in this country? Is it just for fun? Does the left seem to think this would somehow make Trump look good? If so then how could that possibly make Trump look good?

I cannot think of any possible motive for ICE just to randomly pick out people, with or without an accent, with or without a foreign physical appearance. Can you think of a rationale? No? Because there is no reason at all for ICE to go after anyone who is not on their list of known criminals.

Maybe if they find someone who's here illegally and they can verify their status then they might arrest them. That is fully within their authority.
