ZIPPERS BREAK TOO EASILY AND I HATE THEM

Most things aren't bulit to last. When Henry Ford asked his workers which part of the Model T lasted longest, they said the steering column. He could have told them to redesign the other parts so they lasted as long or longer than the steering column, but no. He told them to lower the quality of the steering column so it had a shorter lifespan!

With that in mind, I think it might be time to start thinking of a replacement for my surplus digicam jacket that I've had for so long that to this day I'm not sure how I even came into possession of it.

my house has like uh 3 jackets that existed for like uh 10 years without the zipper broken because it probably hasn't been used since then. OR when washin a jaket, always close them zipper. 🤓👆

Fr, it’s so annoying when something essential to the item you’re using breaks and the rest of it would still be good fkr at least several more years.

I think 6...7 years is expecting a lot

What's super annoying is when there's an external flap over the zipper for "looks" but then the zipper gets caught it in.
