Part of me agrees but on the other hand everything that's going on is one heck of tangled web. Also have to be careful to not let any of the criminals know what's going on. The best thing to do is arrest everyone that needs to be arrested all at once with the biggest arrest operation ever seen in the US and that will take some time and very careful planning.
