Maybe.... but would that not be just as citizens have ben caught up routinely in ordinary police or FBI investigations.... and then released once investigations have cleared them? You do know that some Americans have been jailed for decades for this or that crime... and then freed when later data found them innocent? No system is perfect... do not expect ICE to be... especially when a hostile (enemy within) force is doing everything to harass and stop & kill them!
Never forget that this entire shit-bag was created when the utterly incompetent biden, over his entire rule, allowed MILLIONS of illegal aliens (future democrat voters) to flood illegally into the country... causing uncountable havoc and disasters!
