Like somebody convicted of 34 felonies and sexual assault receiving no punishment?

Ever heard of jury nullification? The American people were the jury and his election nullified those convictions because they were politically motivated to begin with. The fact that leftists are still butt hurt over it just gives me an even bigger warm and fuzzy and I'd suggest some Preparation H.

That's not how the justice system works. If somebody is elected to public office, it doesn't erase criminal convictions on their record 😂😂

Maybe not but if the charges were politically motivated to begin with they're worth less than the toilet paper they're written on. G. Gordon Liddy used to say a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich for "mopery with intent to creep" if he wants to and I believe that.

Or convicted in a fraud case, but the one who went to prison was the star witness instead who was promised immunity. When reminding the judge of the immunity, the judge said be thankful that the sentence wasn't longer.

Is that even legal? If you sign an agreement for immunity, they shouldn't be able to send you to prison after giving your testimony.

Looks like it was Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg, but from what I'm seeing now, it was immunity for federal charges but he was sentenced for two state charges, like lying under oath.

I can't find the quote involving the judge, unless this is a different case...
