If you are slightly leaning right you are actually approaching what used to be the rational middle. Deporting 600,000 a year who did not come here legally is the first step toward taking pressure off the housing market so that you can afford to buy a house, or rent an apartment. It also opens up job opportunities for 600,000 American citizens a year who couldn't get a job in Mexico if they wanted one there. The whole scam of doing jobs Americans won't do has more to do with people not legally here working under the table for pennies instead of dollars. They don't pay taxes because they aren't on a payroll, with benefits or paid vacations to begin with. Most illegals I know who do have fake SS numbers and get on a payroll put down 20 dependents on their W-4 and have no taxes taken out anyway. If an illegal dishwasher gets scammed on his cash wages, he can't risk reporting it, so he sucks it up and takes the next rip off job he can get. Illegal immigration isn't good for anyone, illegals or citizens.

What's happened is, due to the sexual revolution, what was extreme left, like casual sex (eugh) and more revealing clothing (very revealing, in fact. Also eugh), has become barely left of center. In a couple of specific views I am extreme right because the political landscape in that sense has gone so far left that the republicans and democrats are fighting for the same thing. After all, I am a pretty conservative Christian, alining me a bit more with the right than the left.

It's very American of America to hate on a specific group of immigrants and blame all their troubles as their fault. For a while it was Northern Europeans, then Eastern ones, then Chinese immigrants, and now Latin Americans.

As a Christian, you know this is all foretold. The world has exchanged the Truth of God for lies, exchanged the natural use of their bodies for what is an abomination, and all the deceptions have been checked off the list.

Where I live is harmonious with immigrants (legal) and descendants of immigrants from Latin America. We're pretty much crime free, except for the illegals and the people trapped by hard drugs. In fact two of my best friends are legal immigrants who are pastors of Spanish speaking churches, gracias a Dios!

It is. I might even go so far as to to claim the America is Babylon the Great, if the world does end soon. There are a ton of things that could easily upset the unsteady balance of our stable Earth. War might soon become an option between China and the US, which would suck, especially for my family and me. AI may or may not try to take over the world, also not a fun thing. The AMOC might collapse soon. And the world is still being ravaged with sin, with America at the heart of it, so sexualized. Who knows when it could happen, though?
I am an American citizen, but I've lived in a country where immigration rates are spectacularly low, and the trust is spectacularly high.
