Trump doesn't play patty cakes and poke the beehive with the enemy the way the Bush spawn did. When you tell the troops to kill the enemy rather than "hand out the water bottles" in an attempt "to win hearts and minds" that's exactly what they do, the enemy sees that and thinks twice before playing FAFO with the United States the end result of which is less blood spilled on both sides.
