Um. . .it was Bush II(and a little of his old man) and Obama who kept screwing things up with Iraq and Afghanistan. Then there was Biden's major screw up of the Afghanistan withdrawal.
Also Trump and his administration just captured Maduro unlike Bush II and Obama who kept destroying Afghanistan's and Iraq's chances at recovery even their dictators were either dead or in hiding.
