I don’t think so. This comic is from 2014 and Undertale didn’t come out until 2015. Just a coincidence.

I knew that it most likely wasn't an Undertale reference; it's just a thing in the community that when we see any words that are prevalent in the game, we think it's a reference.

I see what you mean. I’m really not familiar with Undertale. I’ve seen comments of people talking about it in the past. I looked it up to see what year it first came out in relation to that comic. I’ll have to read up on and familiarize myself with the whole Undertale phenomenon.
