It's Trump who hasn't read the Constitution or obeyed the law.

What does the Constitution say about a President's authority to deploy the military in American cities?

I support the Constitution. Any president, congressman or supreme court justice who acts in support of the Constitution, then I will support them as long as they are supporting the Constitution. When they stop supporting the Constitution then I stop supporting them.

So far Trump has been in compliance with the Constitution.

Democrats and some Republicans have stopped supporting the Constitution. Democrats support socialism, fascism, nazism and communism and there are some Republicans who support that with the Democrats.

Read the Nazi party platform of 1928 or any of the other years they produced a party platform. Remove the words "Germany" and "German" and replace it with the "United States of America" and "American" and see just how closely it aligns with the Democrat Party's platform (when they had one).

Just so you know, they didn't start killing Jews until the war had started. They did not lead with that. But then Dems are doing a pretty good imitation of Nazi antisemitism right now. They're just not directly killing Jews, instead they support people whose god wants every Jew on the planet exterminated.

The Republican Party was very pro business since its inception, in fact the second thing it stood for in addition to abolition. One thing it has always been consistent with is fostering close ties with big business.

This is not exactly unlike Fascism's corporatism and also privatization of government corporations, which Nazis did on a mass scale unlike any other nation at the time (Mussolini in Italy did it also, but less).

As we all know, Reagan was big with privatization and outsourcing as was George W Bush and now Trump, as well as increased militarization and fostering of the military industrial complex, that including close cooperation with private industry, much like Hitler & Nazi Germany.

I know this is stepping outside of the parameters set by the JIDF, but Jews were not the only people that the Nazis selected for extermination. They started with the mentally and physically disabled, and also included everybody from Communists, Catholics, Slavs, Africans, Muslims, and Roma (who actually suffered more proportionate to their population than Jews did), and.... well, the list goes on.

And as we all know, Hitler was very much inspired by the South and its Jim Crow segregation as well as US wide Eugenics Movement.

German concentration camps started in 1933, well before World War II began, and yes, people were killed in them from the beginning.

"The Republican Party was very pro business since its inception"

America (Democrats and Republicans) were necessarily pro-business, they were pro-freedom. Well. Democrats were only pro-freedom for white people. Now they're anti-freedom, especially for white people.

And by freedom, the idea is that whatever you wanted to do for a living, as long as you weren't causing harm to anyone, then you were free to run that business as you best saw fit.

And why that just tears libs to death is they have been conditioned to think all businesses are evil. A lot of them are. Google is awful. But it is not the fault of capitalism because we stopped being a capitalist nation decades ago.

Eugenics was mostly limited to the Democrat party. Like Margaret Sanger, who wanted to eliminate "inferior" people, like blacks. She was a hero to Hillary Clinton. Clinton talked about her several times. Because Democrats haven't changed.
0 ups, 5d,
1 reply
Um, no.

Democrats had always been pro freedom at the state level, as opposed to centralized federal government holding ultimate dominion over everything, as the Republicans have always stood for, much like the Nazis that they draw so much inspiration from.

Eugenics was across the US, no party membership required. Of course, it was most important in the South, US racism HQ. Segregation was also a Southern thing.

Are we seeing a pattern yet?

I don't have a socio-economic status. I get along with everyone because I don't think I am better than anyone, well except maybe you.... muah ha ha ha. I am doing okay as a software developer but going from that to social security puts me in a lower socio-economic class. And I am okay with that. I want to live more comfortable living on social security. I don't care if my next door neighbor is a nuclear physicist or a big ol redneck hillbilly. I'll get along just fine with either. Go search for videos of Jan 6th. I don't mean what the media spoon fed everyone. I mean the videos that came from security footage from inside and outside the Capitol Building, Capitol Police body cams, and cellphone cameras of everyone there.

It tells a completely different story. It shows how FBI operatives lead a part of the protesters to the Capitol Building from where the main protest was happening. These protesters came right next to the Capitol Building and were just standing there.

Then the Capitol Police were given orders to begin firing rubber bullets and flash grenades into the crowd. Like I said the crowd was just standing there, not violating any laws.

The crowd began to panic and FBI operatives in the crowd began directing them into the Capitol Building. Some, not all, video shows the Capitol Police helping to move the barricades. Once inside the vast majority of protesters were just walking around like tourists. Some tried to leave and at one door the Capitol Police blocked them from leaving.

There was damage caused by either the FBI operatives (most likely) or some of the protesters and those people should be arrested. But the vast majority did not break any laws. They didn't threaten anyone.

And most of all not a single protester was armed. No one was arrested for arms violations. Most of the charges were for trespassing. TRESPASSING at the people's house.

There was no insurrection, only political theater orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi.

The videos are out there. All you need to do is find them.
4 ups, 4mo,
1 reply
That event was still an act of treason
1 up, 4mo
The only treason committed started with Nancy Pelosi who tried to take down a sitting president with a false impeachment charge. She wanted to use the 14th amendment which prohibits anyone of insurrection from holding public office. It was written so that the Southern states could no longer represent themselves in Congress after the Civil War.

There was no insurrection. None. There was, however, a riot, orchestrated by Pelosi.

Trump never once called for people to riot. In fact it was the exact opposite. He called for peace. He did not want any civil disorder. But the media didn't broadcast that speech. Unfortunately for the media it's online. Instead the media tried to make it sound like Trump encouraged the riot through selective editing. And, yes, they do it all the time. They have been caught doing it a bunch of times but nothing ever happens to anyone.

An insurrection is a violent attempt to overthrow the government or head of the government. It is ALWAYS armed with whatever weapon is available at the time.

Not a single gun of any type was found on anyone who was arrested or detained. None. The people panicked and when they saw they were being directed into the Capitol Building they most likely thought they were getting shelter.

Seriously!!!! What would you do if you were just standing around doing nothing and the police shot a rubber bullet at your face and it pierced your cheek?

If you believe the Democrat Party and the mainstream media narrative, you have then been lied to. Ask yourself, why did Biden (or his autopen) pardon the January 6th committee? Did they commit any crime you know of? He pardoned them because he knew the whole thing was a sham and they might be prosecuted for, at least, perjury if they hadn't been pardoned.

Did you know the Jan 6th committee hired a Hollywood director to direct how the committee should act so that they could make the most dramatic impact on the nation?
