President George H.W. Bush's administration helped open pathways for Somali immigration to the U.S., then President Clinton facilitated the resettlement of additional Somalis which was reinforced/expanded later by President Obama and President BIden. And don't forget about the Syrian resettlements and Biden's open border policy.
