Stream Owners should have the option whether to allow new users to post comments in the Streams they own.

This will have dire consequences for the gimmick account economy

Good idea but wouldn’t really stop the alt parade. They would create the alt and wait the 30 days. It would get rid of the ragers who make an alt specifically due to being triggered and needing an alt to do what they are too cowardly to do with their main account.

I think currently it's both 10k and 30 days to post an image for the checked setting. Sometimes new accounts cause trouble with abusive comments out of the gate, that setting doesn't stop those

I'm hoping Stream Owners will get a new setting option to keep those accounts out for a bit. Sometimes slowing a troll account down is enough for them to give up.
