I mean when I start feeling the constraint it FEELS that serious, but once I get the jaw clicking it becomes a little bit of an annoyance, sooooo

I very recently found out that doing the so-called "three fingers test" consistently triggers the jaw click. A crude diagram of the test has been provided.

Also forgot to mention I didn't have this problem yesterday, but I did the day before yesterday.
