I'm republican but it started with Nixon taking us off the gold standard, that decision allowed for our money to become as valuable as the money in a monopoly box.

Inflation was recently caused by Joe Biden's Electric Car idea and the oil shortage he created . When the cost of transporting goods goes up the price does too

Joe Biden's policies were definitely inflationary. His war on energy, especially. Worst of all was his deficit spending. No one in history has printed as much money as Joe Biden.

Snowcones | THE CLAIM THAT "NO ONE IN HISTORY HAS PRINTED AS MUCH MONEY AS JOE BIDEN" IS FALSE AND A COMMON POLITICAL TALKING POINT THAT LACKS CONTEXT. | image tagged in snowcones | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
When looking at the national debt, both the Trump and Biden administrations have overseen massive increases, much of it related to COVID-19 relief.
The national debt increased by over $8 trillion during Trump's single term.
Projections indicate the debt accumulated during Biden's four-year term could exceed Trump's amount in raw dollar terms.
However, President Franklin D. Roosevelt oversaw the largest percentage increase in national debt in modern history, primarily due to World War II.

OK. Under President Biden, the Fed expanded the money supply by more than any other American President in history. New money was created to cover the largest deficit in history. Paradise, you knew what I meant. Why have we got to do the shithouse lawyer routine?

Simple...

Printing money" vs. Money Supply: The phrase "printing money" is often used as shorthand for increasing the overall money supply (M2) or federal spending/national debt, rather than the physical printing of currency. The amount of physical currency printed has not changed significantly

No, it was under Trump, not Biden.

I know President Trump is still printing money. That was what I was complaining about, Paradise. It seems you only understand the world in binary terms. There are lots of things about President Trump I don't like, but I do not regret voting for him instead of Kamala. Sorry that is so complicated for you to understand.

You did not vote for either of them.

Would you say your life is better now than it was one year ago? If so, how?

Inflation is down. Less of my savings is evaporating. I feel safer. Woke is slowly fading. P. Trump is less embarrassing than P. Biden, even though Trump still says dumb shit. Yes, things are improving.

Inflation is not down.
In America, anyways.

In America, inflation is down. Isn't that where it counts? If Great Britain and the EU want to spend money that they don't have, that's their business.
2 ups, 19h
No, it Is not.
The inflation rate was lowering, then went to 2.4%, and then has been rising ever since, getting to the 3% we see now which is the same rate it was here in the US back in January.

Nobody here is paying less for groceries. Other than eggs.
Prices are still high, and will continue to be so.

The USD is weakening in comparison to the Euro and GBP. Even the CAD has been strengthening. As you already know, this is the complete opposite trend to what had been happening with the currencies when Biden was president.

Do you know Trump printed more money, or are you just making stuff up? Modda, you never do the research. TDS has got the best of you.

You are aware that you can look this up you know. You are, aren't you?

The original meme was accusing both Biden and Trump of spending too much money. It's not a partisan issue, so stop trying to make it one. TDS must be a bitch.

I didn't bother looking at the "B-B-But Biden" Trump adulating OP meme.

Trump Delusional Syndrome truly is an itch that foreign bot bootlickers can't reach.

What about the original meme? You can't say anything about it because you know it's true. The Uniparty wants to spend money. Inflation is stealing wealth from the middle class.

You're just trying to get me to copypaste my comment for your perusal so I can get a timer for insulting myself again by reposting my own comment, aren't you?

Not even close. I'm trying to convince you to think critically. Defending one side or the other is not critical thinking; it's just following the other lemmings off the cliff.

So maybe you shouldn't do it then?

My gosh, despite your lord's claim that he's going to live for 200 years, he he ain't. What are you going when he ascends back to Heaven again?

It goes to eleven.
