It sounds like OP is blaming poor women as a class, and making the Trump administration's cruelty something particularly attached to women who have chosen to have sex, or become mothers.

True, he should be blaming the Democrat party for all the policies that keep those women poor and pregnant, like welfare and food stamps.

Women were poor and got pregnant before welfare and food stamps (and in some red states they don't have much choice, now). Those policies just made their situation less desperate.
