The Executive Branch has been around awhile,
and the Legislative Branch has passed Laws over that whole time,
which have been interpreted from time to time by the Judicial Branch to be Constitutional.
These laws which are by duty to be executed and enforced by the Executive Branch, of which someone now holds the office, however likable or disparaged one feels.
