Who Framed Roger Rabbit isn't a children's cartoon and the ones on Netflix are deliberately pushed on children and are being promoted as children's programming.
The rating PG is not children's TV. The rating G is considered children's TV. The difference between the cartoons Shrek (PG) and Cinderella (G) is visible.
Also, anyone who is sexually attracted to a cartoon character is mentally ill. There's a difference between a sexually visual cartoon character meant for adults and older teens and teaching children as young as 2 about sex.
PG means for older children, not preschoolers. Also by today's standards, the movie is considered PG-13. Being sexually attracted to sexually appealing characters isn't mentally ill but being sexually attracted to children's characters is.
Disney in that period was fishing for PG ratings on purpose starting with The Black Hole(The one with Anthony Perkin's character dying in a way that belonged more in the OG Texas Chainsaw Massacre). Disney's wanted the older/mature audience on top of the kiddie audience. Roger Rabbit is no different from what was done with The Black Hole.
characters like jessica rabbit are drawn in an appealing way. It doesn't make someone mentally ill for finding them attractive and it doesn't mean they can't tell fiction from reality
