Most of the Jewish people in Israel are ancestors of European Jews who migrated there after 1948. Most of the Palestinian people that lived there prior to 1948 have probably passed since then due to continuing aggression against the Jews or of old age. Any one born in Israel, Jew or Palestinian, after 1948, is an Israeli. Period.
