If Christians are the majority religious sect in America and most people who self-identify as MAGA also self-identify as Christian, doesn't that make trans people the most persecuted group in America?

No because they aren't persecuted. Telling biological men they can't go into a woman's bathroom is not persecution.

No-one said it was. But how about violence against trans people? If violence, harrassment, vandalism against Christians for their beliefs is historically, reasonably classifiable as persecution, is the same directed against the trans community not also persecution?

You gotta first understand what trans is. It starts with a feeling that they aren't in the right body. This stems from chemicals like atrazine in the food, water, and environment. This causes opposite gender gene expression which leads to gender dysphoria. Then the psychologists and social media tell them to take hormones and other chemicals and to get surgery to mutilate them. In many places its illegal to tell them they are the gender they were biologically born with. Most Trans regret transitioning later in life and attempt to detrans.
Its an entire culture based on gender dysphoria.

Once you research and realize this, it completely changes how you look at this subject.

In the past 10 years its 2 to 1 with Trans hate crimes being the 2.
Its around 2k to 1k according to FBI statistics which don't include states that don't (or didn't) report to them.

This is beside the original point because Trans is almost entirely gender dysphoria brought on by chemical opposite gene expression. We on the right want them to get the medical and psychological help they need to be normal. It's not our fault an entire culture was forced on them by Soros and others.
